Some many schemes - so little storage space!!!! Thanks for bringing this to our attention Nigel. Some good research being done there, i wonder who did some of it!!! Andy

Awesome stuff Nige, it seems that P-47 Heaven is expanding at a faster rate than the universe with all of the new AM goodies appearing. With the new markings coming through we should see some unfamiliar schemes in future campaigns as well (from me for sure). Cheers, D

Really nice sheets there Nige and I did notice a name on one of them, so well done for that. I think I can see one sheet heading my way at some stage (already have 'Raid Hot Mama')

There are a couple of schemes in there that I researched last year for the Silver Screen Jugs sheet which have been scaled down for these releases but thats the only connection I have with them.In fact, I didn't even know they were being produced until I happened across a post on ARC a few days ago. Virginia, Dorothy K and Miss Fire were part of the Silver Screen project. Nice to see I got a credit, at least for the sheet which includes Miss Fire. Maybe Zotz will send a sample for review? Some fabulous schemes in there, and of course, we now have an accurate "Miss Fire" in 1:48th for the first time! Nige

Hi Nige Awesome releases. I think I have become a disciple of the P-47. I can't believe Zotz has not sent a sample to you. Shame on them! P-47, what a canvas for paint schemes and decals. Thanks for posting and opening my eyes! tim

I did most of the research on this project and QC/corrected all of it before going to the printer. A few are scaled down from the 1/24th Silver screen sheets. The two 350th planes: Chicken Bones and Screaming Red Ass Commander- the bulk of the info for those came from another source. On the silver screen project for 24th scale last year, I came in late on that project and most subjects wer already selected but i did contribute additional research for Dorothy K, Missfire and daddy rabbit. I submitted passionate Patsy for that set.. I've been doing research for Tbolts on decals since the mid 1980's . My 1st sheet was Short Snorter / 2 Big and Too heavy for SuperScale.- I think that was 1989. The Zotz 1/32nd scale and 1/48th sheets just being released are the most I've worked on at a single time since doing the AeroMaster 405th FG monographs that featured 24 P-47s. And there were about 50 405th bolts that I fully researched for that project. Most of those not covered in the monographs were later released on single decals by Aeromaster and SuperScale. I still have a few of those left that haven't been published. I have the new Zotz 1/32nd scale sheets already .Zotz does a great job on girl art and there are a lot of Tbolts here that havent been done before and some that needed updating. I am very pleased with the selection- They are very well balanced sheets in both 1/48th and 1/32nd scale. . Tbolt addicts should really appreciate these sheets. Norris Graser

So would I Norris, so would I. Seeing as 4 of the sheets feature aircraft I researched over a 3 month period last year for Silver Screen Jugs. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I recieved a credit on the new sheet featuring MissFire, but not on the others which feature Dorothy K, Daddy Rabbit and Virginia. It would also have been nice to be notified at some point that research I had done for Eli was going to featured on these new sheets, and it would have been even nicer to have been duly credited on ALL sheets which feature aircraft I did a lot of research on. The offer of a review sample would have been nice as well, although none has been forthcoming as yet, which doesn't come as a surprise really considering I had to ASK for a sample of Silver Screen Jugs after the sheet was released. That aside, there are some fabulous schemes on offer here and I shall be purchasing some if not all of them. Nige

I wish it were easier to see the nose art. They're all very small (I get why, I do), but I'm probably only going to build one Jug, and I would like the best nose art possible (i.e., best pin-up).
