Are you talking about a hand-held pin vise? X-acto makes one that comes with little drills. If you're talking about a Dremel moto-tool, Wal-Mart or Sears carries them. Sears also carries regular Craftsman drills, if you're talking about that kind.

Is that like a pin-vise - or literally a hand-drill like a carpenter would use? I have one of the twist-collet pin-vises that I really like. I think I got it from Squadron a long time ago. The battery-powered Dremel tool also makes a nice hand-drill too - for more than modeling applications.

Hi!
I use dentistry drils and regular drils since I don't have a pin vise yet I use my fingers and it works great for plastic (because it's soft)

Hey guys, talking about a pin vise. I bought an Xacto one with some assorted drill bits... that good?

Good enough, I use one with no problems.

Like Paulo, I use dentist's hand drills.
Mostly, these are disposible little drills that are used to clean out root canals and such.
They are about the length of a sewing needle with a little plastic handle that makes it easier to roll them between thumb and forefinger to 'drill".
Ask your dentist, he might give or sell you a few.
