About wingman
I used to model aircraft when I was very young, my dad would hang my planes from the ceiling and put round clear plastic discs to act as a spinning prop. I dropped out of modelling for a long time then got back into it by way of an accident I had at work. I recieved burns on my arm, face and back. I was out of work for five months recovering and I remembered I had a 1/32 Tomcat in the basement, so I started to build and I've been hooked ever since. I like to build 1/48 aircraft in the dio mode and I started to dabble in the armor realm. I started building armor for my very supportive wife, I'm very lucky to be married to such a wonderful woman, she attends all the model shows with me and likes the armor categories. It's great to have a site like this to be able to see what others are building and saying.
